Please join us for the next Board of Directors Meeting via Zoom.

The Board will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, December 16, at 7:00 P.M. via its new Zoom link. Homeowners will have the opportunity to share feedback before the Board considers adopting the 2026 budget.

A copy of the proposed 2026 budget was emailed to all homeowners on Wednesday, November 12. In accordance with the Maryland Homeowners Association Act (§11B-112.2(b)(1)), homeowners have 30 days from the date of that email to review the budget and submit any comments or suggestions.
